At Major Records Entertainment, Gil managed day-to-day company operations, scouted and signed talent, handled artist management, and oversaw all production personnel. He developed marketing strategies, worked worldwide music industry events, and managed a large and diverse artist roster. Major Records partners include Kobalt, Sony Music, Universal Music, Warner Music, and Saban Music Group.
Throughout his career, Gil refined deep expertise in A&R, marketing, promotional work, distribution, licensing, and digital strategy — using these skills to consistently deliver results in one of the most competitive industries in the world. Gil is an A&R Consultant to the major record labels and has A&R'd records for XXXtentacion, ALOK, Reykon, and Ben El & Chesca, and secured guest features with Swae Lee, Lil Pump, Maluma, Tyga, Becky G, Luis Fonsi, Myke Towers, and Offset.
